One of very few 2 bedroom apartments in this high quality complex but with the added benefit of a mezzanine floor with a further single bed and a half bathroom downstairs. The apartment easily accommodates 5 people and a further 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge. A fully equipped kitchen gives a genuine self catering option for those on a tight budget.
The proximity of the gondola and good bars and yet only a 15 minute walk to the old town has made this an ideal location for our family holidays. There aren't many apartments where 3 generations can enjoy a week's skiing together.

Having stayed in Bansko in the Tamplier hotel in January 2010 my party and I found the accommodation to be more than sufficient for our needs. The master bedroom was large, clean and bright and more importantly, after a long day snowboarding was extremely comfortable. The veranda offered pleasant views across the main resort and the upstairs bathroom, in close proximity to the master bedroom was nicely finished with a powerful shower and comfortable bath. We utilised both the single beds downstairs in the bedroom off the main living room and could have fitted a further two companions on the pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen offered all the essential basics in a light, open plan area with breakfast table and views across the lower veranda onto the resort. The downstairs toilet with sink was very useful and there was plenty of space both on the veranda and under the stairs to store boots and boards which is always a benefit. Hotel staff on the main desk were friendly and efficient and often recommended local places to eat and drink as we passed through the lobby. The facilities in the Hotel including the well stocked bar, swimming pool and free wifi zone made our stay all the more enjoyable. Situated a few minutes walk from the main gondola entrance and within walking distance of all the main bars and restaurants I can thoroughly recommend this location for any skiers or boarders looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation.
